Accessibility at Fen Court

Fen Court is designed to be welcoming, safe and enjoyable for everyone. This page sets out what to expect when you visit The Garden at 120 or 14 Stories, from security screening to step-free access, facilities and support on site.

Security and arriving

All visitors go through an airport‑style security screening on arrival. This is to help keep everyone safe, while still making the process as smooth and friendly as possible.

Security screening

  • Bags are X‑ray scanned and all visitors walk through a metal detector before entry.
  • Laptops must be removed from bags and scanned separately.
  • A small suitcase can be brought in if it fits through the X‑ray machine.
  • We ask visitors not to film the security process while in the search room.

Our Roof Safety Team is on hand at all entry and exit points. They are highly trained, approachable and happy to answer questions or offer assistance at any stage of your visit.

We work closely with the City of London Police, including a Police Counter Terrorism Security Advisor, and receive regular uniformed patrols and specialist support. Our team also collaborates with the Eastern City Improvement District to ensure our security procedures follow current best practice across the wider area.
