Sustainability at Fen Court

At Fen Court, sustainability shapes how the building is designed, operated and shared. A building for planet, people, place… and The City.

Bringing biodiversity to the City

Native planting attracts pollinators and seasonal life to the rooftop. Rain-fed systems keep the garden thriving throughout the year. Free to visit, with space to sit, meet or take in the planting.

Setting the standard

A vision for the future

In June 2025, Fen Court achieved BREEAM In-Use Outstanding certification, a rating held by fewer than
1% of assessed buildings worldwide.

We work to drive improvements each year, reducing our impact through constant monitoring and process refinement. We are committed to the Paris Agreement’s 1.5°C pathway to net zero, with a target to reach it well ahead of 2050.
